Liebster is German, and can mean 'dear' or 'love'. I've read it can also mean 'favorite'. The meaning of Liebster Blog Award is to bring attention to blogs with under 200 readers.
The Rules:
1. Thank and link the blogger who gave the award to you.
2. Choose five of your favorite blogs (with under 200 readers) and notify them by leaving a comment on their blog.
3. Copy and paste the award into your blog.
4. Hope the people you awarded will forward the award to their favorite bloggers.
